  4. Issuance or Extension of Passport
  5. Adding a child to a Passport
  6. Notarization of documents
  7. Wedding Document
  8. Child Adoption

 

1- Download and fill out the application form

2- Copy of the national ID card

3- Copy of the birth certificate

4- Two (2) ID photos

5- An amount of 100 DKK

6 - Return fees of 100 DKK by registered mail if the applicant resides out of Copenhagen

NB: Processing time is 72 hours
