3- Certified copy of the consulary ID card

4- Six (6) ID photos (full face, front view)

5- An application form correctly filled and certified by the Embassy

6- Parental authorisation for minors

7- Medical certificate for applicants using glasses

8- Certified copy of the first three pages of the old passport

9- Copy of documentary evidence of the applicant profession

10- Seventy euros (70)

11- Eventually a report of the loss of the old passport

12- A specimen of the signature of the applicant

13- A certificate of the nationality and a birth certificate of the beninese parent (for those born abroad)

14- Return fees of 100 DKK by registered mail if the applicant resides out of Copenhagen

1- An application for the prorogation of the passport

2- Two (2) ID photos (full face, front view and with both ears cleary appearing)

3- An amount of 500 DKK

4- A photocopy of the consulary card

5- Return fees of 100 DKK by registered mail if the applicant resides out of Copenhagen
