REQUESTED DOCUMENTS FOR VISA APPLICATION

1 – An application form correctly filled and signed by the applicant

2 - Passports + 2 ID photographs (the passport must be valid at least for the next six months)

3 - International health record (vaccination ) against yellow fever (photocopy)

4 - Fees:

250 DKK for one week stay
300 DKK for 2 to 3 weeks stay
500 DKK for 30 days stay
700 DKK for 60 days stay
800 DKK for 90 days stay with one entry
150 DKK in addition for multiple entries
200 DKK in addition for instant issuance

5 - Return fee of DKK 100 by registered letter if the applicant resides out of Copenhagen
